I'm not sure a year in the county jail is really that much of a sentence for Kenneth Enlow, 54, who was arrested in Sand Springs, Oklahoma, after he was caught sitting inside a septic tank to spy on women.

I mean, he's already been through some shit.

All kidding aside,  Enlow plead guilty in Tulsa County District Court to some pretty crappy behavior. Okay, okay, I'll knock that off.

According to the reports, he sat beneath a permanent outhouse and watched women use the bathroom. A report at www.tulsaworld.com says his hiding spot was revealed by one observant victim to his peeping:

"The woman told sheriff's deputies that she saw Enlow looking up at her after she first noticed the water under the toilet move, according to an arrest report."

That said, I am absolutely boggled by something here. According to Tulsa World, who reported the story on Aug. 22, Enlow will not be required to register as a sex offender. This is especially concerning, given that one of the victims was a 7-year-old girl.
